One operating system. Live today, and expanding.

The Training and Community Outreach modules are live now, running the day-to-day prevention work end to end and replacing the six-tool stack most organizations stitch together today. From there, preventionOS is expanding into a five-module operating system for the whole prevention lifecycle. AI is available in every module if you want help, and the platform works the same way without it.

Why one OS

Not five subscriptions stitched together.

Prevention work has five operational layers. Today they live in tools that do not talk to each other. preventionOS is one place where the data flows across every layer without re-keying, and every module's dashboards pull from the same source.

AI is optional

Help when you want it. Off when you don't.

AI is available inside every module. Auto-draft reports, summarize meetings, suggest matches. Skip it entirely if you don't want it. The platform works the same way with AI off, and every AI output is reviewed and approved by a human before anything goes out.

Cross-vertical

One backbone, every prevention area.

Every prevention area carries its own vocabulary, frameworks, dominant curricula, and grant cycles. preventionOS respects that on the user-facing layer. Underneath, the platform connects child abuse, bullying, youth violence, sexual violence, intimate partner violence, suicide, and elder abuse prevention so progress in one area grows what the others can do next.

Live today
live

Training: the prevention workflow, end to end.

The live module. Multi-curriculum delivery, registration, demographics, pre/post assessment, certificates, facilitator certification lifecycle, and org and admin dashboards with whole-team aggregates. Replaces the six-tool stack (Sign Up Genius, Forms, Sheets, Certifier, Monday, Zapier).

In production today
  • Multi-curriculum support (DTL, MBF, QPR, ASIST, safeTALK, MHFA, Green Dot, Bringing in the Bystander, Coaching Boys Into Men, Olweus, APSWI Core Competency, custom) without developer involvement.
  • Public registration with capacity codes, capacity caps, confirmation emails. Replaces Sign Up Genius.
  • Dictionary-backed demographics with no free-text fields.
  • Email validation at entry. The bounce list disappears.
  • Branded certificates auto-generated and emailed on completion.
  • Facilitator certification lifecycle with expiration alerts.
  • Org and admin dashboards with whole-team aggregates across your org tree.
  • Self-service stakeholder portals for partner organizations and researchers.

Community Outreach Manager

live

Partner-organization records, outreach activity logging, volunteer tracking, and communication threads. One source of truth on the partner relationships behind the prevention work, not a separate CRM bolted on.

  • Partner-org records with scoped portals (schools, faith communities, workplaces, agencies).
  • Outreach activity logging for events, tabling, presentations, and advocacy days.
  • Volunteer and champion tracking.
  • Stage-based pipeline for partner-org cultivation.
Where we're going

Here's what we want to become, and you help shape it.

Training and the Community Outreach Manager run the day-to-day today. The vision is one operating system for the entire prevention lifecycle. We build it in the open, with the organizations using it, so where it goes next is guided by your work and where prevention as a field is heading, not decided in a vacuum.

Strategic Planning

The home view that ties every module up to the strategy.

Research

Cross-organization analytics for the researchers who study prevention.

Legislative Research

The category we are inventing for prevention organizations.

The organizations on preventionOS set the direction and the order, based on what their work actually needs and where the field is going. See how it works →

AI · optional capability

Available where you want help. Off when you don't.

AI is a capability inside every module, not a wrapper around the platform. If you want help drafting a grant report, summarizing a meeting, or scanning bills for movement, the help is right there. If you don't want AI in your work, turn it off and the platform works the same way. Every AI output is a draft a human reviews and approves. Auditable. In your voice. Consent-aware with participant data.

Training

Narrative pre/post analysis for funder reports. Participant journey summaries. Demographics-cleanup suggestions.

Strategic Planning

Auto-draft of strategic plans. Progress narratives written from cross-module data. Logic-model suggestions based on sector benchmarks.

Community Outreach Manager

Partner-org outreach drafts in your voice. Meeting summaries. Relationship-stage reasoning. Event follow-up email batches.

Legislative Research

Bill movement summaries. Legislator-fit analysis for advocacy days. Talking-point generation. Testimony summarization.

Research

Hypothesis prompts based on the org's data. Data-dictionary suggestions for new measures. Abstract drafts. Literature-review surfacing for related work.

Across the platform

Off-by-default settings per module. Per-user control. Audit trail on every AI-generated artifact. Never trains on your data without explicit consent.
