What's new in preventionOS, June 2026
Community Outreach becomes a full CRM, editing your emails gets dramatically simpler, and every page and email your participants see now carries your organization's brand.
This month’s update is a big one for the relationships behind your prevention work. Community Outreach grows into a complete CRM, editing your emails gets far simpler, and everything your participants and partners see now carries your organization’s own brand.
Community Outreach is now a full CRM
The Community Outreach area is no longer a placeholder. It is now a complete home for every relationship behind your prevention work:
- A visual pipeline board to move partner organizations from first contact to fully embedded, so you can see at a glance who is where.
- A contact directory with each person’s full history: the trainings they have attended, how they registered, and every conversation you have logged.
- An engagement log to capture every call, email, meeting, and note against the right contact or organization, with views you can filter and share by link.
- Outreach events with attendance tracking, a reusable address book for your venues, and reach metrics that total up how many people you are reaching, sliced by date and program.
- Outreach reporting you can export to a spreadsheet anytime.
In short, the partner relationships that used to live in scattered spreadsheets and inboxes now live in one place, tied to the prevention work they support.
Know where every partner stands
Every organization now carries an engagement stage and a renewal date, so you can see which partners are new, which are active, and which are due for a check-in, without digging for it. Search and filter your organizations, and add a new one right from the pipeline board where you are already working.
Editing your emails just got simple
The email editor used to be hard to use. Now you edit just the message itself, in a normal text box, and preventionOS wraps it in a clean, on-brand layout for you. A live preview alongside the editor shows exactly what your recipients will see as you type, with your logo and colors already in place.
Your brand, everywhere a participant looks
Every page a participant or community partner sees, from the training sign-up through to the certificate email, now carries your organization’s logo and colors on a clean, consistent layout. It all works smoothly on a phone, with no accidental zooming and easy-to-tap buttons. Your participants get an experience that looks like you, not like generic software.
A few smaller touches came along too: resources attached to a curriculum now carry over automatically to any training you build from it, and the menus and forms across the platform got a cleaner, more consistent feel.
What’s next
We are expanding the platform’s email capacity so larger programs can send at scale, and we will keep refining the experience across every device. As always, the roadmap is shaped by what the organizations using preventionOS tell us they need.
